A thief stole from four different TK Maxx stores on a tour across south east London.
Between September and December last year Ralph Ovalles Pichardo stole from TK Maxx stores in Woolwich, New Cross, Charlton and Oprington.
The 30-year-old has now been banned from every TK Maxx stores in the country.
Pichardo, of Camberwell Road in Camberwell, appeared at Bexley Magistrates’ Court on November 22, 2023.
The court heard that on September 9 last year he went to TK Maxx in New Cross where he stole a hoodie and a fur lined parka coat.
A few weeks later, on September 30, he went to TK Maxx in Charlton where he stole two camoflage jackets.
Then on October 26 he went to TK Maxx in Charlton where he stole a puffer jacket.
On November 7 he expanded his horizon’s beyond south east London, by going to TK Maxx in Hackney where he stole a fur coat.
Finally, on December 15, he went to TK Maxx in Orpington and stole a rucksack and a number of shirts.
After he pleaded guilty to all charges Pichardo was given a community order including a ban from all TK Maxx stores for one year.
He was also told to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work.
