London is the most expensive area in the UK to buy property, with the UK's average first-time buyer price set at £240K with a deposit of £34,500.
Taking this into account, we wanted to see just how much you can get for £425K can get you across South East London, comparing properties on Zoopla in Greenwich, Bromley and Bexley.
How much can £425K get you in South East London?
Starting in Greenwich, you can bag a very nice studio for exactly £425K set on the Greenwich Peninsula.

Last but not least, in Bexley you can get this two-bed maisonette, coming in under the average price for first-time buyers in London.
