A man from Croydon has been charged with the murder of a 25-year-old in West Norwood.
Ramane Wiggan was shot at a block of flats in West Norwood on the afternoon of March 27, 2019.
He was found seriously injured by emergency services on a balcony walkway where he died shortly later.
It was later found that he was shot from behind by a Glock pistol, with one of the bullets passing through his chest.
Hudhaifah Cranston, 27, of Bevan Court in Croydon, is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court today (November 15) charged with Ramane’s murder.
Kaine Gilead, 26, of Grove Road, Surbiton, was previously convicted of murder at the Old Bailey on July 19.
Gilead was sentenced to a minimum of 34 years in jail on August 4.
