Motorists in Dartford will have to avoid 17 road closures over the next two weeks due to works.

According to the most recent work schedule provided by National Highways, five of them are anticipated to result in moderate delays ranging from 10 minutes to half an hour for drivers.

It's important to note that National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads therefore closures on smaller roads are not part of their scheduled maintenance.

Here is a list of roads to avoid over the next two weeks.

• A282, from 11pm November 3 to 5.30am November 25, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A282 northbound, Dartford Crossing West Tunnel, Tunnel closure for maintenance works, diversion via National Highways network.

• A2, from 8pm November 6 to 6am November 9, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A2 both directions Ebbsfleet, Lane closures for drainage work.

• A282, from 9pm November 6 to 6am November 11, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A282 northbound, Dartford Crossing West Tunnel, Tunnel closure for maintenance works, diversion via National Highways network.

• A2, from 8pm November 7 to 6am November 9, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A2 both directions Ebbsfleet, slip road and lane closures for drainage work.

• A13, from 10pm November 7 to 5am November 8, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A13 southbound, junction A1012 to junction MarDyke, Lane, entry and exit slip road closures for maintenance works, diversion via local authority network.

• A2, from 8pm November 9 to 6am November 10, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A2 eastbound, Bean, Lane closures for drainage work.

• A2, from 10pm November 14 to 5.30am November 17, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A2 westbound, Bean Interchange to Darenth Interchange, Lane, link, and exit slip road closures for sign installation, diversion via National Highways and local authority network.

• M25, from 11pm November 17 to 5am November 18, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M25 Anticlockwise, junction 3 to junction 2, Lane and exit slip road closure, diversion via National Highways network.
