Police are searching for a man after two police vehicles were damaged in Dartford.

Tyres on the cars were reportedly punctured while they were parked unattended in Home Gardens at around 10.30pm on Saturday, October 28.

Kent Police has released CCTV images of a man wearing “very distinctive clothing” who they believe can assist their enquiries.

They are also appealing for any drivers with dashcam footage and residents with private CCTV to come forward.

Police Sergeant Steve Grasty, of the Dartford Community Safety Unit, said: “We are issuing an image of a man who was seen leaving Dartford train station and may have important information.

“He is wearing very distinctive clothing and we are hoping somebody who recognises him contacts us. It is thought he also wears glasses. 

“We are also asking drivers with dashcam and residents with private CCTV to check for footage that may assist our enquiries."

“The tyres on the patrol cars were reportedly punctured and investigators are now issuing images of a man they believe could assist with their enquiries.
