Pictures from the road where a stabbing occurred show a number of police at the scene.
A boy was taken to hospital after a stabbing in Sevenoaks Road, Lewisham yesterday (Saturday, October 21).
Police were called to the scene at around 11am following reports of a stabbing.
At the scene, they found a teenage boy, believed to be 15, with stab wounds.
He was treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to hospital.
His condition is not life threatening.
There have been no arrests and enquiries are ongoing.
Photos from the scene show a police cordon in place, blocking access to a part of the road.
There are a police car parked on the road as a group of police speak to a pedestrian.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “Police were called to Sevenoaks Road, SE4, at 11.16hrs on Saturday, 21 October to reports of a stabbing.
“Officers attended.
“A teenage boy, believed to be 15, was found with stab wounds.
“He was treated at the scene by paramedics from London Ambulance Service before being taken to hospital.
“His condition has been assessed as non life-threatening.
“There have been no arrests.
“Enquiries continue.”
