The following cases were heard at Bromley or Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on the week beginning October 9.
They include a fly-tipper, a heroin user and a man caught with a knife.
Paul Tallant, 41, of Churchbury Road in Eltham
Admits breaching a community order by not keeping in touch with the responsible officer and failing to report for rehabilitation activity requirement appointments. The initial offence for which the community order was made was for the racially aggravated harassment of a police officer in Greenwich.
Given a three month prison sentence.
Simeon Aidoo, 31, of Lewisham Way in Lewisham
Pleaded guilty that on September 29 he drove a Ford Ecosport on Lewisham Park road while under the influence of cannabis.
Given a four month prison sentence suspended for 18 months, including 200 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified from driving for three years.
Marius Kaminskas, 40, of Thornsbeach Road in Catford
Pleaded guilty that on July 11 last year on Bromley Road he was carrying a silver kitchen knife.
Conditionally discharged for 24 months.
Dolaji Sanusi, 34, of Old Kent Road in Southwark
Pleaded guilty that on December 15 on Beckway Street he drove a Mercedes without insurance.
Fined £803 and disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.
Klibens Michelet, 45, of London Road in Lewisham
Pleaded guilty that on December 12 on Dartmouth Road in Forest Hill he was using a phone while driving.
Fined £83, told to pay £110 in costs and given six points on his licence.
Johnny Ashwood, 27, no fixed address
Pleaded guilty that on May 9 he assaulted two men in Bromley and then in Lambeth.
Given a 12 week prison sentence.
Harry Cannaford, 29, of Appleton Drive in Dartford
Found guilty of fly-tipping on East Hall Road in Bromley on two occasions.
Fined £2640 and ordered to pay £681 in compensation.
Haylea Weekes, 38, of Exeter Way in Deptford
Pleaded guilty that in Lewisham on April 20 was in possession of heroin.
Given a seven-day prison sentence.
