We searched for houses including terraced, semi-detached and detached options, we only filtered out flats and shared ownership properties.
The two cheapest houses for sale in Lewisham right now are £300,000.
The first one was listed on May 11 and the price was even reduced on September 7, bringing the current price to £300,000.
It is a two-bed terraced house with one bathroom and one reception room in Amblecote Meadows with an SE12 postcode.
The house is on the doorstep of a train station being only 0.1 miles from Grove Park.
Sundridge Park is also close by, being only 1.2 miles away.
There are two schools nearby - Haberdashers' Aske's Knights Academy and Marvels Lane Primary School – both less than half a mile away.
