The following cases were heard in Bexley and Bromley Magistrates’ Courts in the week starting September 11.
Abersari Tedros, 23, of Bibury Close in Peckham
Pleaded guilty that on March 7 he assaulted a man at Canning Town DLR Station.
Given a community order including 120 hours of unpaid work and £100 in compensation.
Bobby Peter Daniel Hayes, 19, of Barney Close in Charlton
Pleaded guilty that March 9 he assaulted a woman in Deptford.
Given a community order including 100 hours of unpaid work and £200 in compensation. Restraining order made.
Ryan Ball, 33, of Kirkdale in Sydenham
Pleaded guilty that on October 22 in Sidcup he drove a car on the A20 while disqualified from driving and without insurance. He was currently serving a suspended sentence for driving while disqualified.
Given an eight-week prison sentence with the court noting his “flagrant disregard for court orders”.
Mark Anthony Belgrave, 52, of Mary Datchelor Close in Camberwell
Pleaded guilty that on September 30, 2022, on the A23 Purley Way he drove without due care and attention by attempting to overtake a car by driving in the wrong lane against the flow of traffic, then colliding with the car.
Disqualified from driving for half a year and fined £461.
Shaye Lewis, 19, of Blackfen Road in Sidcup
Pleaded guilty that on February 9 he assaulted a woman at KFC in Erith.
Given a £120 fine and told to pay £100 in compensation.
