A brand new nutrition club has opened its doors in Beckenham, offering guidance for those looking to lose weight, enhance their energy or improve their sport performance.
NB Nutrition was officially opened by Vicky Brampton, based in HSBC Sports Club on Lennard Road.
The club opened on August 14, but officially launched on Saturday, September 9.
Vicky said: “I myself have been on a weight loss journey for the last nine months and attended a Breakfast Nutrition club and from my own results I have been helping other people become healthier via their diet.
“The demand for a club in Beckenham was there and I decided to open one up.
“Our mission is to get 100 people feeling healthier and younger.”
NB Nutrition is open from 6.30am to 11am Monday to Friday and 7am to 10.30am on Saturdays.
The club offers free wellness evaluations free of charge where they give people body scans and speak about their daily habits.
Vicky added: “It’s so rewarding when we help people and then also see their results at the end of the plans.
“We have already started a community where people that have never met are forming friendships.
“We want to spread the word about our club and how we can help you change your bad habits to good ones.”
The Mayor of Bromley attended the launch of the club and cut the ribbon, officially opening NB Nutrition in Beckenham.
Vicky explained that the club works in the way that members commit to attending three or four visits per week where they are educated on good eating habits, fuelling their body correctly and offering them support along their journey.
Vicky added: “We have been open since August 14 and already have 26 members and we want to see this grow to 100.
“Our members are already getting great results and through this, they are encouraging friends and family to join.
“The club is definitely my happy place and I love how friendships are forming between our members.”
