A man has died after ambulance crews were called to the River Thames at Erith Pier.
London Ambulance Service crews attended the water in Wharfside Close at around 7am today (September 19).
Two ambulance crews, an incident response officer, and members of the Hazardous Area Response Team were also at the scene.
The man was pronounced dead shortly after.

A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: “We were called today (Tuesday) at 7.04am to reports of a person in the water at Wharfside Close, Erith.
“We sent a number of resources including two ambulance crews, an incident response officer and members of our Hazardous Area Response Team (HART).
“Sadly, a man was pronounced dead at the scene.”
