We all love a pub quiz, and everyone has a spot that they are fiercely loyal to when the topic of where the best pub quiz is comes up.

It's a great way to spend the evening as nights get dark sooner for anyone looking for a way to spend their time indoors.

So, we asked News Shopper readers to tell us where they think the best place in south east London is for a pub quiz.

Patrick James said: "The Penny farthing Crayford with Malcolm."

Penny Walshe added: "Eltham GPO on a Wednesday - when it reopens!"

Eltham GPO is a pub baed inside of a post office which is temporarily closed at the moment, but it set to be "reopening soon" according to its website.

Tracey Bentley said: "Corner Pin Slade Green, every other Tuesday."

John Suffield's favourite is in Blackheath, he said: "Royal Standard".

Ozzy Zinnureyin went for North Pole Bar and Grill.

He said: "North Pole Bar & Grill hosted by Mr Greenwich himself - Deke Greenwich - every Wednesday.

"It’s the place to be!"

Amy Anne Day said: "The Door Hinge every other Wednesday - they have a quiz that is usually quite the challenge!"

Geoff Keen argued for the Pelton Arms which does a speed quiz every Wednesday.

Alex Raha believes the best pub quiz can be found at the Ladywell Tavern.
