A woman from Bromley has pleaded not guilty to killing two passengers and seriously injuring a third when her Mini Cooper rolled over.
Adele Okojie-Aidonojie, 23, is accused of causing the deaths of Mary Macharia, 23, and Rida Boutjettif, 24, in a crash in Battersea on July 16 last year.
Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene after emergency services were alerted about the crash on Latchmere Road in the early hours of the morning.
The defendant, who had been driving the open-top Mini, and another passenger, Ben Sidibe, were taken to hospital with injuries.
Okojie-Aidonojie, of Edgeborough Way, appeared at the Old Bailey on Wednesday (September 6).
During the hearing, Okojie-Aidonojie spoke to confirm her identity and plead not guilty to two charges of causing death by dangerous driving and one of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
Judge Sarah Munro KC said a five-day trial would start on March 25 next year with a further case management hearing on January 26.
The defendant is on conditional bail.
