The following cases were heard at Bexley and Bromley magistrates' courts in the week beginning August 14.
They include a man who littered a cigarette and a couple of drivers who used their mobile phones.
Kabiru Isholasekoni, 47, of Guyscliff Road in Hither Green
Found guilty that on August 11, 2022, used a mobile phone while driving on Stansted Road in Catford. Was also driving without insurance.
Fined £60, ordered to pay a £24 surcharge and given 6 points on his licence.
David Michael Khelafa, 44, of Argyll Road in Woolwich
Pleaded guilty that on September 30, 2022, in Woolwich damaged a woman’s Fiat 500.
Fined £50, ordered to pay £670 in compensation and additional costs/surcharge of £70.
Melinda Ellis, 42, of North Street in Bexleyheath
Pleaded guilty that on April 6 in Bexleyheath she damaged a woman’s windscreen and cap wipers, and another woman’s windscreen.
Given a community order including rehabilitation activity requirement. Ordered to pay £440 in compensation.
Shane Hamilton, 35, of Durndale Lane in Northfleet
Found guilty that on February 13 he littered a cigarette in Erith.
Given a £153 fine, ordered to pay a £61 surcharge and £150 in costs.
Marcela Beda De Santana, 34, of Thesiger Road in Penge
Pleaded guilty that on October 11 on Perry Hill in Lewisham she drove without due care and attention by pulling out at a junction and colliding with another care causing damage to the car and injury to themself.
Fined £80, ordered to pay a £32 surcharge and £85 in costs. Also given five points in licence.
Harry George Marshall, 31, of Water Lane in Lewisham
Admits breaching a community order by failing to report for rehabilitation activities.
Given a 4-week prison sentence due to his wilful and persistent failure to comply with community order.
