A van driver from Mottingham has been charged with causing death by careless driving after a crash.
Gabor Csongradi, 48, is accused of causing the death of Hatice Pelit by driving without due care and attention.
The collision is said to have taken place on the A406 Sterling Way in Edmonton, north London, on February 23 last year.
Csongradi, of St Ann’s Road in Mottingham, is said to have been driving a Citreon van when the collision took place.
He will appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (August 24).
