Four people have been taken to hospital after a crash involving six vehicles on the M25.
It happened between junctions 9 and 10 near Leatherhead shortly after 2.30pm yesterday (August 17).
Officers attended and found two children and two adults injured.
They were treated at the scene and taken to hospital as a precaution.
Road closures were put in place but have since reopened.
A spokesperson for Surrey Police said: “Officers were called to a collision between the drivers of six vehicles on the clockwise carriageway of the M25 shortly after 2.30pm.
“Four persons, two children and two adults, have been given medical treatment at the scene and taken to hospital as a precaution.
“Highways England are facilitating recovery of vehicles and cleaning up a diesel spillage on the road, which will then be reopened in full."
