The following cases were heard at Bromley or Bexley Magistrates’ Courts on the week beginning August 7.
They include several drink drivers, an iMac thief and a man caught carrying a knife.
Daniel Llewyn Roberts, 41, of The Hythe in Staine
Pleaded guilty that on September 13, 2021, he trespassed at Chalbrook Services, a building contractors firm on Purley Road in Croydon, and stole an iMac.
Given a 24-week prison sentence suspended for a year.
Sara-Louise Latimer, 36, of Wessex Drive in Erith
Pleaded guilty that on May 10 in Bexley she used threatening, abusive or insulting words with intent to cause a man to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person.
Given a community order and told to pay a £114 surcharge.
Joseph Evans, 21, of Stevenson Court in Hither Green
Pleaded guilty that on April 29 in Bexley he had a black handled silver bladed knife.
Given a 20-week prison sentence suspended for one-and-a-half years.
Magistrates decided to suspend sentence as he had a history of county lines from the age of 14 and had a prospect.
Yao Guy Olivier Konan, 46, of Walsham Close in Thamesmead
Found guilty that both May 3 and May 8 on Wroxham Road in Greenwich he drove a Citroen C4 while over the alcohol limit.
Given a community order including alcohol dependency treatment and ordered to do 100 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified from driving for three years.
Told to pay a £114 surcharge and £200 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
Donald Smith, 66, of High Point in Eltham
Pleaded guilty that on January 19 on Green Lane in Eltham he drove a Toyota Yaris while over the alcohol limit.
Given a £120 fine, ordered to pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service and disqualified from driving for one and a half years.
Katherine Lucy Knight, 23, of Park Road in Sutton
Pleaded guilty that on March 3 on Ferry Road in Wallington she used a phone while driving.
Fined £92 and disqualified from driving for half a year.
Jason Hughes, 34, of Charwood Road in Wokingham
Pleaded guilty that on August 10 last year on Euston Road in Islington used a mobile phone while driving.
Fined £510, ordered to pay a £204 surcharge and costs of £110 to the Crown Prosecution Service. Given six points on his driving licence.
