Class A drugs have been seized near Crystal Palace Park after spree of “violent crimes and anti-social behaviour”.
Police on patrol in the area were walking in Crystal Palace Park north of Ledrington Road due to recent escalation in violent crimes and antisocial behaviour in the area.
Officers continued across the ward and seized a suspected bag of Class A drugs from Anerley Road, which leads up to Crystal Palace Park.
The Crystal Palace and Anerley Police took to Twitter to inform the public about the incident, stating that the area had been plagued by a number of violent crimes and antisocial behaviour in the past year.
