Halifax has confirmed the permanent closure of its branch in Sidcup.
The bank in Sidcup High Street will close its doors on November 22.
It confirmed only 52 of its customers used the branch regularly in 12 months to March 2023.
It also revealed that 66 per cent of its customers using the Sidcup branch have also used other Halifax branches.
The wave of closures comes as more bankers have turned to online and mobile banking, according to its site.
The nearest Halifax branches for Sidcup customers are in 165-169 Eltham High Street and 131 Broadway, Bexleyheath.
Customers can also access certain facilities at Post Office branches including cash and cheque deposits as well as checking their balance and withdrawing cash.
