A man accused of sexually touching himself while on a bus on two occasions will face a trial.
Mohammed Faqe, 32, pleaded not guilty to two counts of outraging public decency.
It is alleged that on May 10 he touched and stroked his penis and genital area over his clothing in front of passengers on the bus in Bromley.
He is also accused of doing the same thing on a bus on June 19.
Faqe, of Dunheved Road South in Thornton Heath, appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (June 19).
He will be trialled at Bexley Magistrates’ Court in September.
Faqe was released on conditional bail until the trial, with instructions not to board the 119 bus, which runs from Bromley North Station to South Croydon.
