A man in his 20s has been taken to hospital following a stabbing in Milford Towers in Catford.
Just before 8pm yesterday (July 10) police were called to the scene of Milford Towers in Thomas Lane.
Police attended the scene with ambulance crews from London Ambulance Service.
A man, aged in his 20s, was taken to hospital having been stabbed.
Police say his injuries have been assessed as “not life-threatening.”
No arrests have been made.
Police are launching an investigation and are urging anyone with information to come forward.
A spokesperson from Met Police said: “Police were called at 19:54hrs on Monday, 10 July to reports of a stabbing at Milford Towers in Thomas Lane, SE6.
“Officers attended along with the London Ambulance Service.
“A man in his 20s was found with a stab wound.
“He was taken to hospital where his injury was assessed as not life-threatening.
“An investigation is under way and enquiries are ongoing.
“There have been no arrests.
“Any witnesses are asked to call 101 quoting CAD 7406/10Jul.
“To remain anonymous contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
