No trains are currently running on the Hayes Line as a person has been hit by a train.

The Hayes Line is expected to remain closed until midday today (June 19) as emergency services deal with the incident.

Southeastern customers can use their train tickets on local London buses at no extra charge.

No trains are currently running on the Sidcup Line services and will not call at Lewisham.

Emergency services have been approached for a statement.

 

Southeastern railway said: “Due to a person being hit by a train, no services can run on the Hayes Line.

"You can use your ticket on local London Buses at no extra cost The Hayes Line is expected to remain closed until midday.

“Due to emergency services dealing with an incident: No trains can run on the Hayes Line Sidcup Line services will not call at Lewisham.

“You can use your ticket on: Local London Buses Tramlink Elmers End-East Croydon Thameslink trains East Croydon-London.”
