A man in his 30s is fighting for his life after a stabbing in Herne Hill.
The incident happened in Rymer Street at around 7.50pm today (June 11).
Officers and London Ambulance Service crews attended and found a man injured.
He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
His condition has been assessed as life-threatening.
A crime scene has been put in place following the incident.
No arrests have been made as police enquiries continue.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called to Rymer Street at 19.50hrs on Sunday, 11 June to reports of a stabbing.
"Officers attended along with paramedics from London Ambulance Service.
"A man, in his 30s, was found with stab wounds.
"He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital where he remains in a life-threatening condition.
"There have been no arrests. A crime scene has been put in place.
"Enquiries continue."
