We have shortlisted some of TikTok’s favourite activity dates, based on trending places.
1. Greenwich Peninsula Golf Driving Range
This driving range is set on the top floor and offers stretching views of the city and the O2 arena next door.
TikTok travel blogger @ahsleyfootprints labelled the venue “London’s most picturesque driving range.”
Each group gets their own cosy area featuring a sofa, heat lamp and coffee table – ideal if you order food from their restaurant menu.
On offer are burgers, wings, nachos and more, with churros to finish off.
This spot makes for a great date, as the automatic score tracker means you can have competitive fun surrounded by idyllic London views.
Greenwich Peninsula driving range is one of the only of its sort as you can book online, guaranteeing your date slot.
Prices start from £8.50 for 30 minutes.
2. Sandbox VR – Covent Garden
One for the double daters, Sandbox VR is an immersive gaming experience where players explore virtual worlds from a choice of six games.
The games are developed at the in-house development studio, and range from Zombie battles, a Star Trek mission and a battle to defend earth from an alien invasion.
@whats_themotive reviewed her experience on TikTok, saying “It was amazing, I screamed so much, it was so realistic.”
Your session is recorded and sent to you afterwards, giving you the chance to watch back your game and laugh at the switch between the animated and real-life clips.
One extra cool feature is the robot bartender, the first of its kind in the UK, who serves cocktails or mocktails of your choice.
Based on four guests playing, the games work out at £45 on average, and can be booked online.
3. Fair Game – Canary Wharf
Fair Game is an adults only indoor fair ground, offering nine games, playable in the 75-minute slot given.
Upon arrival, players are given a card which is loaded up with two goes per game, which you scan at each station.
There are classic fair games such as whack-a-mole and role-a-ball horse racing.

At the bar, there is a range of drinks on offer, from craft beer to cocktails and mocktails.
TikTok personality @milliegoochuk reviews the best places to visit outside of bars and clubs, and she branded Fair Games drinks as “the best selection of alcohol-free cocktails I’ve ever seen at a place like this.”
There are also four street food vendors to complete a fun and unique date.
There is a £15 flat fee to get you on all of the games, and tickets can be booked online.
4. Flippers – White City
Flippers is a retro roller rink located in Exhibition London, just beside Westfield Shopping Centre.
Beginners and pros are welcome at Flippers, with quieter mid-week sessions and busier nights with a DJ playing on Thursday, Friday and Saturday – it is a date venue open to everyone.
The rink has colourful lighting and screens displaying quirky graphics all around, adding to the fun and retro vibe of the place.
Staff are on hand to help for those who need it, and skating frames are available too – maybe not for a first date though… @munch.a.bunchh filmed their visit for TikTok and said that Flippers is “one to tick off your activity list this summer!”
An adult ticket and skate hire is £17.50, but for those who have their own skates, a ticket is £12.50.
Sessions are two hours and can be booked online.
5. Boom Battle Bar – various London locations
With venues in Aldgate East, Ealing, Oxford Street, The O2 and Wandsworth, Boom Battle Bar is another games venue offering a wide variety of activates.
From axe throwing to shuffleboard and even karaoke if you are feeling brave, Boom Battle Bar is another great opportunity to get competitive with your date.
The venue has a ‘date night’ offer on Tuesdays, where for £25 per person, you can play 3 games in 30-minute slots.
Everyone plays Crazier Golf and then two other games of your choice.
There are food and drinks available, with a range of cocktails on offer.
@ttakeslondon on TikTok visited the Watford branch, saying the venue had “good vibes, music, food and drinks.”
