Four people have been arrested as a man has died after being found in his BMW having been stabbed in Lewisham.
Police were called to the stabbing in Maylons Road, Ladywell at around 2pm on Wednesday, May 10.
Ambulance crews and London’s Air Ambulance also attended.
A 29-year-old-man was found inside of his car, a grey BMW, with knife wounds.
The man died at the scene.
His next of kin have been informed and continue to be supported by specially trained family liaison officers.
A post-mortem examination and formal identification will take place.
Four people have been arrested in connection with this offence.
They remain in custody while police continue urgent enquiries.
A murder investigation was launched led by Detective Chief Inspector Kate Kieran.

DCI Kieran said: “This was a shocking incident that took place on a busy street in the middle of the day.
“There were a large number of witnesses and I thank those people who have already taken the time to share what they saw.
