A 30-year-old man from Mottingham has been arrested after a police chase resulted in a vehicle crashing into an electrical box.
Kent Police officers chased a suspected stolen vehicle from Swanley to Eltham on Tuesday, May 9.
It came to a stop after crashing into an electrical box on Southwood Road.
A man was arrested on suspicion of theft, dangerous driving, failing to stop and driving whilst disqualified.
The suspect was later released on bail pending further enquiries.

A spokesperson for Kent Police said: “Shortly after 8pm on Tuesday 9 May 2023 Kent Police officers spotted a suspected stolen vehicle travelling on Swanley Lane, Swanley.
“The vehicle did not stop and was pursued to Eltham where it collided with an electrical box in Southwood Road.
“A 30-year-old man from Mottingham, south-east London, was arrested on suspicion of theft, dangerous driving, failing to stop and driving whilst disqualified.
“He was later released on bail pending further enquiries.”
