The following cases were heard in Bexley and Bromley Magistrates’ Courts in the week starting May 1.
These offences range from people from carrying knives to drivers who engaged in 85mph car races on the roads.
Zhane Terri House, 25, of Conington Road in Lewisham
Pleaded guilty to carrying a knife in Granville Park on January 18.
Given a four-month prison sentence suspended for a year.
Richard Dempster, 39, of Longbridge Way in Lewisham
Pleaded guilty to trespassing into a building on Tunnel Avenue and stealing a fridge freezer and a trolley. Also pleaded guilty to stealing Amazon packages and parcels in Greenwich.
Given a community order and ordered to pay a total of £489.79 in compensation and costs.
Georgia Wilson-Baker, 26, of Chandlers Drive in Erith
Pleaded guilty to assaulting three police officers and causing damage to police custody suite in Welling on December 27 last year.
Given a 7 month suspended sentence, suspended for 18 months.
Manpreet Singh, 34, of Powys Close in Bexleyheath
Pleaded guilty to driving while over the legal alcohol limit. Gave a breath reading of 99 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath. Legal limit is 35 micrograms.
Given a community order including an alcohol abstinence requirement and banned from driving for two years.
Fabrice Taryu, 28, of Keyes Avenue in Chatham
Pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of cannabis in Bexley on Christmas Eve. He was also disqualified from driving and had no insurance at the time.
Given a community order including 120 hours of unpaid work and banned from driving for three years and four months.
Zivonimir Soares Lopes, 25, of Lorne Road in Walthamstow
Pleaded guilty to driving while over alcohol limit in Bexley on April 15. Gave a breath reading of 45 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath. Legal limit is 35 micrograms.
Fined 148 and disqualified from driving for a year and two months.
Ryan Willingdale, 38, of Mansfield Road in Hextable
Pleaded guilty to driving while over alcohol limit in Bromley on April 15. Gave a breath reading of 58 micrograms in 100 millilitres of breath. Legal limit is 35 micrograms.
Fined £461 and disqualified from driving for 16 months.
William Kapato, 58, of Sydenham Park in Lewisham
Pleaded guilty to stealing from Morrisons in Bromley and breach of a community protection order.
Given a two-week prison sentence.
Shajib Ahmed, 24, of Grosvenor Road in Forest Gate
Pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention by racing with another care and changing lanes in excess of 85mph.
Fined £120 and banned from driving for one year.
Elijah Baptiste, 38, of Benares Road in Plumstead
Pleaded guilty for racially and religiously aggravated harassment in Thamesmead.
Given a community order and ordered to pay £100 compensation.
Caul Silford Grant, 61, of Kelly Avenue in Peckham
Found guilty of destroying glass doors of the Croydon Magistrates’ Court building.
Given a six-week prison sentence.
Artur Ulqini, 49, of Royal Road in Sidcup
Pleaded guilty to driving his Mercedes at 104mph on M25.
Fined £980, ordered to pay £392 to victim services and given six points on driving licence.
George John Richard Fleming, 34, of Brownhill Road in Lewisham
Guilty of stalking woman by sending hundreds of calls and texts, threatening to damage her car and assaulting her.
Given an eight-week prison sentence suspended for 18 months.
Ben Clifton, 19, of Baron’s Walk in Croydon
Pleaded guilty to carrying a hunting style knife in Beckenham.
Given a community order including a curfew requirement and electronic monitoring.
