A 16-year-old boy has been taken to hospital after a stabbing in Bermondsey.
The incident happened in Trafalgar Avenue just before 8.10am today (May 9)
Officers, London Ambulance Service crews and an air ambulance attended and found a boy injured.
He was taken to a south London hospital where his condition was assessed as not life threatening.
No arrests have been made as police enquiries into the circumstances continue.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 8.08am on Tuesday, 9 May to reports of a stabbing at Trafalgar Avenue, SE15.
“Officers, London’s Air Ambulance [HEMS] and London Ambulance Service [LAS] attended.
"At the scene a 16-year-old boy was found with knife injuries.
“He was taken by LAS to a south London hospital where his condition was not life threatening.
“At this early stage there have been no arrests.
“A crime scene remains in place. Enquiries continue.
