The following cases were heard in Bexley and Bromley Magistrates’ Courts in the week starting April 17.
Terry Morris, 51, of Sheldon Close in Greenwich.
Pleaded guilty to assaulting a man in Lewisham Lidl. Given a community order and banned from Lewisham Lidl for a year.
Paige Gordon, 21, of Banstead Street in Lewisham.
Pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and failing to stop for police during a high speed pursuit through Lewisham.
Given a 16 week sentence suspended for 18 months, and disqualified from driving for a year.
Neil Martin, 39, of Elmcroft Road in Orpington.
Pleaded guilty to trespassing in an outdoor garagde and stealing a drill worth £300. Fined £80.
Malin Joseph Ngoie, of Bromley Common in Bromley.
Failed to take remedial action after neighbour complained about height of his hedges. Fined £220 and ordered to pay £282 in costs.
Caudel Haughton, 19, of Conisborough Crescent in Lewisham.
Charged with murder of 20-year-old Filipe Oliveira in Tulse Hill. Sent for trial at the Old Bailey and remanded in custody.
Adrian Rose, 40, of Croft Street in Deptford.
Pleaded guilty to stealing items worth £14,250 from BP in Lewisham. Given a six month sentence suspended for a year.
Alexander Burns, 48, of Pearswood Road in Erith.
Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and failing to give breath sample when suspected of drink driving. Given a 18 week prison sentence.
Steven Songhurst, 39, of Selsdon Road in Croydon.
Pleaded guilty to trespassing in Em & Lou’s Kitchen in Beckenham and stole an iPad. Given an 18 week prison sentence.
Holly Witchlow, 18, of St Johns Park in Blackheath.
Pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting works or behaviour which was racially aggravated. Fined £120.
Eliza Clark, 23, of Wolvercote Road in Abbey Wood.
Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer. Fined £150.
