London is set to be heating up as an expected mini-heatwave will be making its way towards the capital.
As for the first time so far in 2023, temperatures will rise above 20C meaning you can put away the winter boots and get the sandals out.
It comes as the BBC’s weather report shares that from Tuesday, April 18, the weather will reach 21C with lows of 8C overnight.
Whilst the following day Wednesday, April 19 expected to see highs of 20C and similar overnight conditions of 8C.
The weather outlook suggests that the heatwave will last for at least a week, so although it's short, it will get you ready for the hotter days that are just a few short weeks away.
