Armed police were sent to a main road in Dartford after reports of a man walking around with a gun early yesterday morning.
At 6.18am on March 10, police received a report of a man with a firearm on Park Road and The Brent.
Police and armed officers were sent to the scene and arrested two men.
Officers seized what is believed to be an air rifle and an investigation has now been launched to find out the circumstances.

A spokesperson for Kent Police said: “At 6.18am on Friday 10 March 2023, Kent Police received reports of a man with a firearm in Park Road and The Brent, Dartford.
“Patrols, including armed officers, attended the scene and arrested two men in connection with the incident.
“A suspected air rifle was recovered and an investigation is underway into the circumstances.
“Anyone with information relating to this incident, should contact Kent Police on 01474 366149, quoting reference 10-0149.”
