A driver has been arrested after a crash which caused a car to overturn in Dartford.
Officers discovered that a car crashed into a traffic light pole in Princes Road at 5.25am today (March 2).
A drug wipe test was completed on the driver and the results allegedly came back positive.
The driver was then arrested on suspicion of drug or drink driving offences following the incident.
The driver will be taken to police custody to be questioned.
No injuries were reported following the crash.

The full tweet from Kent Police Dartford reads: “Officers from #LPT3 attended a 999 call on Princes Road where a vehicle had drove into a traffic light pole causing it to flip.
“A drug wipe test was completed on the driver and they were arrested for drug driving offences as the test returned back positive.
“Further enquiries into the driver and the vehicle will be made by our officers this morning.
“The driver will be taken to custody to be questioned about the incident.
“Thankfully no one was using the crossing at the time.”
A spokesperson for Kent Police said: “Kent Police was called at around 5.25am on Thursday 2 March to a report that a car had collided with some traffic lights in Princes Road, Dartford.”
“Officers attended the scene where the driver was arrested on suspicion of being unfit to drive through drink or drugs.”
