A couple from Eltham who have been missing for just under two months with their newborn baby have been found and arrested – but the baby is still missing.
Police have released an urgent appeal to find the child after Constance Marten, 35, and Mark Gordon, 48, were arrested in Brighton.
There was a reported sighting at around 9.30pm on Monday, February 27 of them in Stanmer Villas at Brighton.

The suspect pair have been arrested and remain in custody.
The baby is still missing and police are undertaking an urgent search operation in the area.
Police ask anyone with information that could help the search to call 999.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Shortly before 21:30hrs on Monday, 27 February, a member of the public reported a sighting of Constance Marten and Mark Gordon in Stanmer Villas, Brighton.
“Officers from Sussex Police attended the location and the pair were arrested.
“They remain in custody.
“The baby is still missing and an urgent search operation is taking place in the area.
“Anyone with information that could assist the search is asked to call 999.”
The couple were seen on the M61 after their car broke down and caught on fire near Bolton when they went missing back on January 7.
They were previously sighted at Argos on Whitechapel Road on Saturday, January 7 at 6.19pm buying camping gear.

Mark went in alone and bought two bags of items, paying in cash, including a blue, two-person tent, sleeping bags and two pillows.
Police said at the time that Mark was often seen walking alone ahead of Constance and the baby.
Constance Martin comes from a wealthy aristocratic background but the couple has been understood to have largely lived in isolation since 2016.
The drama student cut off ties with her family and friends before moving around the country with Mark Gordon.
