A video is circulating on social media of two balaclava-clad people using an angle grinder to steal a bike in broad daylight East Dulwich.
The video shows the thieves using an angle grinder to cut open the bike shed, with sparks flying everywhere.
The bike was stored in a bike shed on Crawthew Grove and came with an attachment on the front to keep the rider or a small passenger dry.
The video stealing was taken at around 5.30pm yesterday (February 22).
Police have said that an investigation into the theft is ongoing, and no arrests have currently been made.

A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police: “At approximately 5.30pm on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 police received a report that a bike had been stolen from Crawthew Grove, East Dulwich.
“An investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time.”
