Police have cordoned off shops in Penge High Street after “someone was attacked”.
Pictures on social media show a police cordon near to the Best Quality Meat shop and St Christopher’s Hospice in the high street.
A worker in a shop nearby, who does not want to be named, said “someone was attacked at 5pm yesterday” (February 22).
Details of the incident is currently unknown.
We have contacted the Metropolitan Police for information.
