If you think your home is a bit cluttered and want to start fresh but aren't sure where to begin, then you're in luck as the BBC One show Sort Your Life Out is on the hunt for London families to take part in the new series.
The show, hosted by Stacey Solomon sees the Loose Women panellist joined by her team of organising experts as they help families declutter their homes and transform their space in just seven days.
Taking everything out of their homes and laying it out in a giant warehouse, the families are tasked with getting rid of 50 per cent of their belongings.
Previous episodes have seen one participant own over 400 pairs of shoes and others with endless amounts of tomato ketchup bottles.
In the end, families get to go back into their homes seeing it in a new light and with a lot more space to enjoy.
