Six people have escaped a fire at a house converted into flats in Forest Hill.
The fire broke out in Devonshire Road just before 12.20am today (February 21).
Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to the scene.

Most of a three-bedroom flat on the second floor was left damaged by the blaze.
Six people left the property before the arrival of the fire brigade.
No injuries were reported following the incident.
The fire is believed to have been caused by the unsafe disposal of smoking materials.

A spokesperson for London Fire Brigade said: "We'd rather you didn't smoke at all, but if you are a smoker, it's absolutely vital you ensure your cigarette is completely out when you've finished smoking it.
"If you don't, you risk causing a fire which could not only destroy properties but also cost you your life."
Firefighters from Forest Hill, Lewisham, Lee Green and New Cross stations attended the scene.
The fire was under control at around 1.30am.
