Four people have been charged after a zombie knife and loaded gun were found in a car which was stopped and searched in Lewisham.
Police pulled over a car on Manwood Road on February 15.
Officers say that this was part of an “operation to target serious and organised crime”.
A zombie knife and a loaded gun were seized from the group and they were arrested and charged with firearm offences.
Lewisham Police shared an image of the loaded handgun on Twitter.
A zombie knife is a type of bladed weapon inspired by zombie films that is defined as having a cutting edge, a serrated edge and images or words (whether on the blade or handle) that suggest that it is to be used for the purpose of violence.

Lewisham Police tweeted: “A loaded firearm and zombie knife were seized in #Lewisham.
“Specialist Crime officers stopped a car on Manwood Road on 15 February in an operation to target serious and organised crime.
“Four people were arrested and charged with firearms offences.
