Bromley will be welcoming its very own Wall of Love ahead of Valentines Day 2023.
In a tribute to Paris’s Le Mur des Je t’Aime, the Wall of Love will be located on Bromley High Street on the 11th and 12th of February.
The wall, commissioned by Your Bromley - the Business Improvement District for Bromley town centre - will give residents, employees, and businesses the opportunity to share their messages of love for the town ahead of Valentine’s Day.
The 8 foot tall and 16 foot wide wall will be found outside the H&M store for two days only.
The wall will be curated by artists, Id-iom, who will work with members of the public to create a tribute to the town centre.
Artists wil be located at the wall between 10am and 4pm on the days mentioned above to help with any messages of love.
The wall intends to make the “perfect selfie backdrop” and visitors are encouraged to share their pictures onto social media whilst tagging @yourbromley and hash tagging #LoveBromley.
Frances Forrest, BID manager at Your Bromley, said: “We know there is a lot of love for our town and we wanted to give the people of Bromley the chance to share this.
]“We have been inspired by the wall of love in Paris and think that this is the perfect way to celebrate our town centre this Valentine’s Day, whether you work, live or play here.”
