A popular Wetherspoons pub in Bexleyheath has temporarily closed its doors.
A sign placed on the door of The Furze Wren revealed their decision to shut from January 30.
It also stated it will be back in business as normal for locals to enjoy their evenings from February 3.
A spokesperson for Wetherspoons confirmed the Furze Wren is closed due to an upgrade on dispense systems.
There was no warning or explanation given of the business' plans on any of its social media pages before closing.
The nearest Wetherspoons to the Furze Wren is The Wrong Un pub in 234 Bexleyheath Broadway.
