Police have issued an update on the condition of a cyclist after a crash with a car in Bromley.
The incident happened in Oakley Road just before 12pm yesterday (January 21).
The cyclist, a man in his 40s, was taken to hospital where his condition was initially unknown.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said today (January 22) that his injuries were assessed as not life-threatening.
No arrests have been made following the incident.
Road closures were put in place but have since reopened.

A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “At 11:58hrs on 21 January officers on patrol came across a collision in Oakley Road, Bromley, involving a car and a cyclist.
“The cyclist, a man believed aged in his 40s, was taken to hospital; condition assessment awaits.
“No arrests.
“Road closures are in place.”
