Audiences in Bromley have the opportunity to enjoy presentations of two of the world’s most popular classical ballets this New Year.
The Churchill Theatre in Bromley is preparing to welcome the International Classic Ballet Theatre from Wednesday, January 11 until Saturday, January 14.
The productions to be shown include the tragic love story of Swan Lake and the enchanting adventure of The Nutcracker.
Swan Lake will be showing at the Churchill Theatre on Wednesday, January 11 and Thursday, January 12; The Nutcracker will be running on Friday, January 13 and Saturday, January 14.
The ballets will be presented by The International Classic Ballet Theatre, a company of international dancers who have toured the United States extensively in 2022.
The dancers have been “carefully” selected by Georgia-born Artistic Director, Marina Medvetskaya, a disciple of Vakhtang Chaboukiana and a former prima ballerina of Tbilisi State Academic Opera and Ballet.
Each dancer is chosen for their grace, skill, and athleticism, essential for the classical style of ballet presented.
Artistic Director Marina Medvetskaya said:“I adore bringing these iconic ballets to the UK where there is such a love for the classics. I take great pride in selecting the best dancers from across the globe to ensure that audiences have a wonderful experience and become ballet lovers for life.”
Tickets start from £23.50 and can be bought here
