Police have found an “armoury of weapons” including machetes and acid during a stop and search in Bexley.
It is alleged that these, along with an irritant spray, were found on a 16-year-old boy.
The stop and search was carried out on the evening of December 22.
Bexley police tweeted: “Last night Officers from SE Violence Suppression Unit on pro active patrols stopped a SIXTEEN year old male and was subject to a Stop & Search.
Officers unveiled an armoury of weapons on the male including machetes, a bottle of Amonia acid and also CS irritant spray.”
