South east London and Kent have woken up to icy conditions, causing disruptions – but which schools are still closed today?
The Met Office has extended its weather warning for ice untill 11am today (December 13).
It says that snow and icy patches will lead to difficult travel conditions.
There appear to be no school closures or later openings in Greenwich, Lewisham, or Bromley.
Kent County Council has confirmed that only one school will be closed in Dartford.
We will update this throughout the day.
Here is a list of schools in south east London and Kent which have been closed due to the weather.
Bexley:
- St Pauls Academy in Abbey Wood
- King Henry School in Erith
Dartford:
- Joydens Wood Junior School
Closed as site remains unsafe to open- school to "hopefully" reopen on December 14.
Bromley:
No schools are currently closed in Bromley as far as the News Shopper is aware.
Lewisham:
No schools are currently closed in Bromley as far as the News Shopper is aware.
Greenwich:
No schools are currently closed in Greenwich as far as the News Shopper is aware.
