An elderly woman has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Charlton yesterday (November 24).
Police and paramedics were called to Charlton Road at 4.35pm.
A woman in her 80s was taken to hospital but her injuries have been assessed as not life-threatening.
Charlton Road was closed following the incident but has since reopened to traffic.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: "Police were called at 4.35pm on Thursday, 24 November to reports of a car in collision with a pedestrian on Charlton Road, SE7.
"Emergency services attended. The pedestrian, aged in her 80s, was taken to hospital; her injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
"The road has since reopened to traffic."
