Traffic was stopped on the M25 near Dartford Crossing this afternoon due to a concern for a pedestrian.
Police were called at around 3.30pm to a concern for a pedestrian on the M25 near the crossing.
The man was found and removed safely from the carriageway with help from National Highways traffic officers.
Traffic was held in both directions between J1A and J1B - and the roads were reopened at around 4pm.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: "Kent Police was called at around 3.30pm on Monday 14 November 2022 due to concern for a pedestrian on the M25 near the Dartford Crossing.
"The man was located and safely removed from the carriageway with assistance from National Highways traffic officers."
