A second teenager has been arrested after a man was stabbed to death in Lewisham.
Gabriel Petrov Stoyanove was rushed to hospital after being stabbed in Bromley Road at 11.50pm on November 4.
The 21-year-old later died in hospital on Saturday afternoon (November 5).
A 14-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of murder on November 8.
He still remains in police custody after a warrant for further detention was authorised.
A 17-year-old boy was also arrested on suspicion of murder today (November 10).
He remains in custody at a south London police station.
Detective Chief Inspector Kelly Allen, from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command, said: “This arrest shows the progress our investigation is making but there is still work to be done.
“One suspect remains outstanding and my team continues to pursue lines of enquiry to ensure they will be arrested.
“My message to that individual is clear – you know who you are and what you have done, and I would advise you to attend a police station at the earliest possible time before police find you.
“I would also continue to ask anyone with information that could assist us in our enquiry to come forward immediately.”
Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call police on 101 and quote reference 8645/4Nov.
Information can also be provided anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
