Police have issued an update on a man’s condition after an assault at a home in Erith.
A man in his 20s was found injured in Church Road at 8.10am yesterday (November 9).
He was taken to hospital for treatment.
Officers were initially waiting for an update on his condition following the incident.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said today (November 10) that the man’s condition is not life-threatening.
No arrests have been made. Police enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at 8.09am on Wednesday, 9 November to reports of an assault at a house in Church Road, Erith.
“Officers attended along with the London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance.
“A man, aged in his 20s, was taken to hospital with injuries.
“The man’s injuries are not life threatening.
“Enquiries are ongoing. No arrests have been made.”
