A man has been taken to hospital after a crash between two buses in Lewisham.
The incident happened in Cheltenham Road at the junction with Ivydale Road at 7.35am today (November 8).
Officers and London Ambulance Service paramedics were called to the scene.
The man was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
Road closures remain in place.
Police enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called at approximately 7.35am on Tuesday, 8 November to reports of two buses in collision in Cheltenham Road, junction with Ivydale Road, SE15.
“London Ambulance Service also attended; no reports of any serious injuries.
“Road closures remain in place. Enquiries into the circumstances continue.”
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 7.40am today (8 November) to reports of a road traffic collision in Cheltenham Road, Lewisham.
“We sent an ambulance crew to the scene.
“We treated one patient at the scene and took him to hospital.”
