Bexley Police have shared pictures after one of their police cars was rammed by a stolen vehicle on Thursday night (November 3).
One image shows the side of a police car smashed in with a white Mercedes beside it.
Throughout the night officers said that they recovered three stolen vehicles in three separate incidents.
Other pictures show a Ford van, another unidentifiable Ford and items such as torches, gloves, metal pliers, and a car diagnostic tool.
Bexley Police tweeted: “#Recovered.
“Response Team A covering #Bexley had a busy night duty on Thursday night.
“On top of their own call demand they recovered three stolen vehicles in three separate incidents, one of which decided to ram a police vehicle.”
